About the Founders
Jessica Tailor - Founder & CEO
Jessica Tailor is a dynamic leader, passionate educator, and globally trained nurse who serves as the driving force behind Nursify Institute. With a strong academic foundation and diverse international experience, she blends clinical excellence with a mission to empower future nurses to achieve their dreams.
Beginning her journey with a B.Sc. in Nursing from India and a Master’s in Nursing from the UK, she gained hands-on experience across ICU, Emergency Medicine, Chemotherapy, and Learning Disability Care. Her global exposure has shaped her into a compassionate and skilled clinician.
A Registered Nurse in Alberta, Canada, and BLS-certified by the American Heart Association, she successfully cleared the NCLEX-RN, reflecting her commitment to global nursing standards.
As an inspiring educator, she transforms her clinical expertise into effective teaching—especially supporting students facing language barriers. Her personalized, practical approach has helped many nurses worldwide achieve NCLEX success.
Today, as the Director of Nursify Institute, she leads with vision, compassion, and excellence—dedicated to shaping the next generation of confident, competent, and compassionate nurses.
Niraj Thaker - Co-Founder & COO
I am the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Nursify Institute, a specialized coaching center dedicated to empowering nursing professionals through comprehensive training for NCLEX-RN and OET exams. With a vision to bridge the global demand for qualified nurses, Nursify focuses on delivering high-quality, result-oriented guidance to help candidates achieve international career success.
In addition, I serve as the Director of Madhavi’s British Academy, one of the leading institutes offering expert coaching for IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, and TOEFL, along with end-to-end student visa and immigration services. Under my leadership, the academy has grown into a trusted name for students and professionals aspiring to study or settle abroad.
I also hold the position of Co-Opt Director at Sarthi Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., contributing to the organization’s strategic initiatives and community-focused financial solutions.
With over 14 years of experience in the coaching and immigration industry, I have guided thousands of students and professionals towards achieving their global education and career goals. My journey is driven by a passion for education, a commitment to excellence, and a belief in empowering individuals through knowledge and opportunity.
